ST4030A is an impulse winding tester or surge tester that combines the resistor and insulator functions required by the electric motor winding manufacturer to improve quality. Meet the need for more reliable motor windings in light of the growing use of electric vehicles and self-driving technologies

• High density waveform detection (200 MHz high speed sampling × 12-bit resolution)
• Quantify the response waveform with LC and RC values to identify single fault rotation
